We handpick our hostesses on the basis that they perfectly fit the elite clients we work with.

All hostesses wishing to join us should fit into the following criteria:

  • Be between the ages of 21 – 30 years.
  • Eloquent and great communication skills in English language.
  • Extremely good-looking.
  • Confident and charismatic.
  • Quick learner – have the ability to retain new information easily.
  • At least 5’8ft tall.
  • Experienced in corporate and luxury sectors.


We recruit hostesses exclusively from the graduates of Pro Event Hostess. All applications are reviewed annually, or in cases of special jobs.

We do not have a specific recruitment date in the year as recruitment is based on our needs. The only way to know about our recruitment dates is to be on our waitlist. We recruit once a year, and in rare cases, twice a year.

We understand this may be tempting, but we strongly discourage you from applying, so we can save both your time and ours. The only criteria we’re open to waiving is work experience.

We would never contact you via WhatsApp for a recruitment. Our recruitment notifications are sent via email to only those on our waitlist. We also post our recruitment announcements on our social media pages. Follow us on Instagram to keep up with our updates.

Our emails would always be sent via the domain email address of our recruitment partner contact@proeventhostess.com. We would never contact you via a Gmail address or any native email address. 

We are based in Lagos and work mostly in Lagos and Abuja. We do not encourage you to apply if you don’t live in Lagos or Abuja.

We currently do not recruit or hire males. If that changes in the future, we would make an official announcement on our social media pages. Please follow us on Instagram to keep up with our announcements.

People who do not check their emails promptly are exactly the type of hostesses we don’t hire. We are a corporate event staffing agency, 90% of our communication with you will be done via emails.

We do not hire random applicants. Our jobs are reserved for our in-house team who have successfully been trained and recruited into the agency as registered hostesses.
